Jogging In A Jug - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. apple juice
    12 oz. frozen grape juice
    8 oz. honey
    6 oz. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix honey and
    vinegar
    together
    first, then add apple juice and grape juice.
    Shake well.
    Drink 3 ounces per day.
