Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry (no oil) sun-dried tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
    Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or longer.
    Serve with fresh vegetables.
