Fresh Peaches And Pears Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. apple pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. peeled pears, chopped
2 c. peeled peaches, chopped
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. brandy extract
1 c. canola oil
1 c. hazelnuts, chopped or 1 c. dates, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
Add nuts or dates.
In a larger bowl mix together sugars, peaches, pears, eggs, extract and oil.
Fold dry ingredients into fruit mixture. Spray and flour three 8 x 3 7/8 x 2 3/8-inch pans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Test for doneness. Let cool in pans 1 hour before cutting.
