Riviera Beach Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. swordfish steaks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of seasoned pepper
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    2 Tbsp. tomato juice
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Preheat
    broiler or prepare outdoor grill.
    Season fish with salt
    and
    pepper.\tBroil
    or grill fish steaks, turning once, 20 to\t25 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested with
    a fork.
    In
    small
    bowl
    combine
    yogurt, dry mustard, horseradish, tomato
    juice
    and
    Worcestershire sauce.\tServe over fish. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
