Dessert Orange Cups(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium oranges
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
2 Tbsp. dried coconut
Preparation

Remove tops from oranges.
Scoop out and dice pulp.
Add grapes and spoon fruit back into orange shells.
Place orange cups in baking dish in small amount of water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Five minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle flaked coconut over each orange.
Makes 4 servings.
Equals 102 calories or 2 1/2 fruit exchanges.
