Turkey Hash, Charleston Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed turkey
1/2 c. turkey gravy or heavy cream
1 tsp. grated lemon rind and juice
1/2 tsp. anchovy paste or nutmeg
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced (with liquid)
a few grains cayenne
minced parsley
Preparation

Slowly heat together the soup, mushrooms and turkey gravy or cream.
Add turkey meat.
Bring just to boiling; season to taste with condiments.
Let stand over very low heat about 15 minutes to blend flavors.
Sprinkle with finely minced parsley.
Serves 6.
