Country Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into pieces
    salt or garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can creamy onion soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak.
    Roll in flour and brown in oil in skillet.
    Add seasonings.
    When browned, put in crock-pot.
    Mix soups and water.
    Add to crock-pot.
    Cook 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve over rice or potatoes.
