Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pt. blueberries
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. unsifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease an 8-inch round baking dish.
In baking dish, combine berries, 1/4 cup of sugar, cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of butter, lemon juice and rind and cloves.
In a small bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in egg, milk and 2 tablespoons of butter until soft dough forms.
Drop by tablespoonful onto blueberry mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling bubbles. Delicious with ice cream.
Serves 8.
