Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick oleo, melted (2/3 in all)
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
2 lightly beaten eggs
Preparation

Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, oleo, sweet milk and vanilla. Pour into a greased baking dish and cover with topping. Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
