Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    grated rind on one lemon
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients in order and mix well.
    Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool and slice.
    Serve with unsalted butter.
