Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 c. pecans or other nuts
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. grated lemon
Preparation
    Cream vegetable oil and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Mix creamed and dry ingredients. Add raisins and nuts and mix well.
    Bake in a greased, loaf-type or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
