Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt; blend.
    Heat water, milk and oil until warm.
    Add egg and warm liquid to flour mixture.
    Blend well.
    Add remaining 1 3/4 cups flour.
    Knead about 5 minutes until smooth and pliable.
    Cover and let rise 1 hour.
    Roll out into rectangular shape and layer with filling.
