Beef In Potato Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 green onions (with tops), sliced
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; prick skins and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Cut potatoes lengthwise into halves. Scoop out potatoes, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Brush inside and outside shells with margarine.
    Place shells outside up on a cookie sheet and bake, uncovered, until edges are brown (15 to 20 minutes).
