Honey Gingerbread Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg (commercial) or 1/2 tsp. fresh grated
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. molasses
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation
    Beat butter, eggs, sugar and lemon rind.
    Sift together flour, nutmeg, baking powder, salt and ginger.
    In separate bowl, combine honey, molasses and water.
    Add alternately to butter mixture with flour mixture.
    Bake in buttered dish, 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes; don't overbake.
    Serve with whipped cream.
