French Peach Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 can sliced peaches (1 lb. 14 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (single)
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust and bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden.
    Cool completely on wire rack.
    Combine pudding mix with milk, sour cream and almond extract in a medium bowl. Prepare following directions on package.
    Pour into cooled crust. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes or until set.
