Easy Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
small onion
6 to 8 oz. Velveeta
1/2 c. sour cream
salt
pepper
Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes and place in pan. Cover with water. Chop onion and put in with potatoes. Cook over medium heat until done. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cheese and sour cream.
