Delicious Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced apples
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3 medium eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

In a mixer, beat margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Slowly add flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then add apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
