Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients just until blended.
    Drop by teaspoon into hot chicken broth or sauerkraut and pork broth.
    Cover with a tight fitting lid; do not open.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Good eating!
