Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. each finely chopped anchovies, chopped chives or little green onions (tops and bulbs) and tarragon wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, grated
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Put into an electric blender.
    Blend for 20 seconds.
    Chill and pour over salad.
