Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 qt. fresh strawberries
2 Tbsp. white syrup
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 whipped cream

Preparation

Cook water, sugar, cornstarch and syrup until clear.
Add jello.
Cool until it starts to set.
Put fresh strawberries (cut in half) in baked, cooled pie shell.
Pour mixture over berries. Chill.
Top with whipped cream.
