Mock Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (250 g) cottage cheese
    1/3 c. (85 ml ) water
    1/3 c. (85 ml) lemon juice
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In top of a double boiler blend together the cottage cheese, water and lemon juice.
    Beat until smooth and creamy.
    Add beaten egg yolks and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir constantly over simmering water until the sauce is thick.
    Serve hot.
