Adrienne'S Delight(Ms. Thermon Smith, Little Rock, Arkansas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. white raisins
1 c. slivered almonds
grated rind of 2 lemons
saltine crackers
Preparation

Let cream cheese, butter and sour cream come to room temperature.
Cream well and add sugar.
Soften gelatin in cold water, dissolve over hot water and add to cream cheese mixture. Then add raisins, almonds and lemon rind.
Put in quart mold, refrigerate.
When firm, unmold and serve with saltine crackers. (This may be frozen after unmolding.)
