Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 12 chicken breasts, pieces, cut in half
2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 green pepper, cut up
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can mandarin oranges
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except last 4 ingredients and cook on low heat in a large skillet or electric skillet 2 hours.
Last 15 minutes, thicken with cornstarch and add green pepper and sliced olives.
Add mandarin oranges just before serving.
