Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can water
Preparation

Combine hamburger, rice, seasonings and onion.
Roll into balls.
Drop into hot tomato soup and water in a pot.
Cook slowly for 1 hour.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
