White Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baked 9-inch pie shells
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour + 1 Tbsp.
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 beaten egg whites, with 1/4 c. sugar
    Cool Whip
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients except egg white mixture until thickened. Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into cooled pie shells.
    Chill and top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
