1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. shredded coconut
3/4 c. dried apricots
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into mini muffin pans. Bake for about 30 minutes.
