Oriental Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 to 3 lb. steak (flank, chuck or sirloin)
    2 Tbsp. browning sauce (Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master)
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, oil, ginger and minced garlic to make marinade.
    Put steak into a plastic bag; pour in marinade.
    Tie bag and place in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
    Take steak out of bag and brush with browning sauce. Broil to desired degree of doneness.
    Serve.
