Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    bread crumbs
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Thinly coat the fillets with mayonnaise, dredge them in bread crumbs and arrange in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Serve with lemon wedges as garnish.
