Peach Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. peaches
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Slice peaches in dish.
Sift together flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Cut margarine into flour mixture until it resembles cornmeal.
Spoon this over peaches.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with cream.
Serves 6.
