Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
1 c. Birds Eye sweet corn, thawed and drained
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
2 c. (8 oz.) Kraft natural shredded Colby
Preparation

Brown meat; drain.
Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
In a 2-quart casserole, layer meat, half of chips and half of cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
Top with shredded lettuce and tomato.
