Potato Halushki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 grams potatoes (about 1 1/3 lb.)
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter (to coat the Halushki)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in their jackets; skin and mash.
    Mix eggs and flour together with mashed potatoes.
    Make the Halushki by cooking in simmering salted water for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Drain.
    Serve with sauteed onion if desired or plain butter, melted.
