Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon jello
8 marshmallows
2 bananas
1 medium size can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
chopped nuts
Cool Whip
Preparation

Stir jello until dissolved in the boiling water.
Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Add bananas.
Let set until firm.
Mix sugar, flour, egg yolk, pineapple juice and butter and cook until thick.
Let cool and beat in one small Cool Whip. Spread on jello.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
