Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread, chunked
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. hot bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
4 oz. mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs, milk and mustard together.
Add bread; mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
