No Meat Chili Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) large can tomatoes, chopped
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cans red beans (kidney or small red)
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    8 oz. elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
Preparation
    Spray large skillet or pot with nonstick cooking spray.
    Cook onion 2 minutes.
    Add undrained tomatoes, drained beans, spices and tomato paste.
    Bring to a boil, simmer 15 minutes.
    Toss with elbows.
    Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
