Layered Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Shred vegetables in order listed.
Do not stir.
Pour sugar over this.
Do not stir.
Combine remainder of ingredients and bring to boiling point.
Pour over cabbage while hot.
Do not stir.
Refrigerate.
Serves 10.
