Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Use 3 mixing bowls.
In the large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
In another bowl, combine beaten egg yolks, milk and melted margarine.
In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Blend flour mixture with wet mixture, then fold in egg whites. Bake in a hot waffle iron.
