Ingredients

1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. quick cook oats
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add remaining.
Stir until well mixed. Very good and healthy.
