Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. each: ground beef and pork sausage
    1 c. raw rice, washed well and drained
    1 large onion, chopped, browned lightly in bacon grease
    1 egg
    seasoning: garlic salt, Accent, Lawry's
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 medium heads cabbage, cored
    1 large can tomato paste and tomato sauce
    water
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Place cabbage in large pot of salted, boiling water and break apart with forks.
    Roll mixture inside of cabbage leaves.
    Add tomato paste and sauce with enough water to fill pot 2/3 full.
    Cook 1
    1/2 hours over medium heat.
