Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 to 1/2 cup water
Preparation
    On clean counter surface shape flour into a well.
    Add in salt and eggs.
    Slowly add in water.
    Knead until a firm ball. Roll out 1/8 inch and let dry.
    Cut into desired shapes.
    Place in boiling water for 3-6 minutes until al dente.
