Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells, baked
    3 c. sliced onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and butter until transparent.
    Beat eggs well, then add other ingredients.
    Add onions to top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
