Cream Of Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. whole milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and broccoli in 2 1/2-quart casserole in microwave on High for 6 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Blend cottage cheese in blender until very smooth.
    Slowly add milk and chicken soup. Continue to blend.
    Add to undrained vegetables and heat through. Serve.
