Grilled Red Snapper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) red snappers
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
black pepper
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 c. white bread crumbs
lemon wedges (to garnish)
Preparation

Combine oil, salt and pepper (to taste) in a shallow dish. Add fish. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Turn once. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Put some garlic inside fish. Grill or broil on moderate heat, 6 to 8 minutes on each side. About three minutes before fish is cooked, spoon some marinade and bread crumbs over fish. Garnish with lemon wedges.
