12 c. shortening
3 tsp. salt
12 c. peanut butter
12 c. sugar
12 c. brown sugar
24 eggs, well beaten (2 qt. frozen)
3/4 c. milk
24 c. flour
1/4 c. soda
Preparation

Combine shortening, salt and peanut butter, mixing well.
Add sugars and cream.
Add beaten eggs and milk.
Mix flour with soda and add.
Make ridges with a fork dipped in water.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in convection oven 12 minutes.
Yield: 400 (2 1/2-inch) cookies. Use #40 scoop.
