Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper
    1 can creamed corn
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix everything well, but cheese.
    Pour 1/2 into greased pan. Cover with shredded cheese.
    Pour remainder of batter over cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
