Peach And Berry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 peaches
2 (1/2 pt.) baskets blackberries
1 (1 pt.) basket strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cardamon

Preparation

Bring medium pot of water to boil.
Add peaches and blanch 30 seconds; drain.
Transfer to bowl and cover with cool water until cooled; drain.
Peel peaches and slice.
Place in medium bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
Makes 4 servings.
