Leek Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Knorr-Swiss leek soup
    1 large (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 small (8 oz.) cottage cheese (optional)
    horseradish to taste
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Serve with fresh cut vegetables and/or crackers.
