Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg or ground turkey
    2 c. green beans
    2 cans tomato soup
    mashed potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 slices bacon, cooked crisp
    butter or margarine (optional)
    2 eggs
    salt
    pepper
    pinch of chives
    1 tsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. milk
Preparation
    Crumble bacon.
    Brush individual gratin dish or casserole dish with bacon grease or butter.
    Crack eggs into dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chives.
    Sprinkle crumbled bacon over eggs and then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Pour milk over eggs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
