Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. softened margarine
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. blueberries

Preparation

Mix together sugar, margarine and eggs.
Stir in milk.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into batter.
Mix well. Carefully blend in blueberries. Spread batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
