Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    1/4 c. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash squash.
    Slice and cook in slightly salted water until tender.
    Drain and mash; add all ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
