Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Stir flour and salt into large bowl.
    Cut in shortening with pastry cutter or fork.
    Beat together egg and vinegar; add to flour mixture.
    Gradually add water and mix with hands.
    Roll between waxed paper with rolling pin.
